III. APPROVE NEW COURSE
Background: We are asking for Board approval of a new course, Direct Service Instruction (SpEd non-core), Study Skills, to focus on social skills, study skills, and organizational skills for students with IEPs.

IV. APPROVE TRAFFIC SAFETY STUDY
Background: Please find attached a Traffic Engineering Assistance Program application for the study of the intersection of Highway 5 and Lake Road 5-33, Legion Drive. This study will help to determine if a stop light is needed at this location. The Board is asked to participate in this program with MoDOT. The cost would help pay for the traffic study, design work, and a final report. The total cost of the traffic safety study is $10,000. MoDOT would fund 80%. The Village of Sunrise Beach is contributing 10%. We are asked to contribute $1,000. We applied last year but the application was not approved.

V. ADDITIONAL CAMDENTON R-III SCHOOL BOARD REPRESENTATIVE TO SERVE ON EDUCATION FOUNDATION BOARD
Background: The Education Foundation is seeking a second school board representative for the 2017-2018 school year. Mr. Williams has agreed to continue to serve in this role therefore one more representative is needed.

VI. EXECUTIVE SESSION
In compliance with State Statute 610.021 (closed meetings and closed records), the Board will go into Executive Session for the following purposes:
- Leasing, purchase or sale of real estate by a public governmental body (610.021)(2).
- Hiring, firing, disciplining, or promoting particular employees (610.021)(3).
- Individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings or records pertaining to employees (610.021)(13).
