In compliance with State Statute 610.021(closed meetings and closed records), the Board will go into Executive Session for the following purposes:
1) Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and its attorneys (610.021)(1).
2) Hiring, firing, disciplining, or promoting particular employees (610.021)(3).
3) Individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings, or records pertaining to employees (610.021)(13).

VII. APPROVE NEW MIDDLE SCHOOL COURSE FOR 2014-2015

Background: The Middle School is seeking your approval for a new course, Careers, an introductory course in which students will have the opportunity to explore career options of personal interest using inventories and Career Path research through the Missouri Connections program.

Background: This is an opportunity for the Board to report on upcoming meetings, meetings attended, registrations, and deadlines.
