CONSIDERATION OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND ISSUE

The Board adopted a resolution calling an election on a general obligation bond question in the amount of $43,000,000 in Camdenton Reorganized School District No. R-III of Camden County, Missouri.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

In compliance with State Statute 610.021 (closed meetings and closed records), the Board went into Executive Session for the following purposes:

1)     Lease, purchase, or sale of real estate (610.021)(2).

2)     Hiring, firing, disciplining, or promoting particular employees (610.021)(3).

3)     Scholastic probation, expulsion, or graduation of identifiable individuals, including records of   individual test or examination scores (610.021)(6).

4)     Individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings, or records pertaining to employees (610.021)(13).
