Later, I obtained my graduate degree from Webster University in Kansas City, Missouri in Curriculum and Instruction. I have been in education for 18 years. I spent my first ten years at Plattsburg R-3 School District teaching 4th grade at Ellis Elementary. Later, I moved to Clinton, Missouri where I spent two years as an instructional coach. This is my sixth year teaching at Dogwood. It is my goal to help my students learn to make positive choices that allow them to be life long learners. I live in Camdenton with my son Hunter who is in 7th grade and our dog Boston. I also have a grown up daughter who lives in Osage Beach. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, reading, scrapbooking and spending time with family and friends.
