    I went to college at CMSU (UCM) in Warrensburg, MO.    I have been teaching for 14 years.  I spent five years teaching second and third grade at Warrensburg R-IV.  This is my ninth year teaching second grade here at Dogwood. 

    I am married to Shannon and we have two sons, Avery James, who is Kindergarten and Braxton, who is a toddler.  We also have a dog named Sanibel.

    When I’m not at school, I like spending time with my family and we love the outdoors.
