Hi, my name is Sonya Schnicker.  I have been teaching for 19 years.  This is my second year at Dogwood Elementary.  I started my teaching career in second grade in California.  Eventually, I transitioned to first grade.  The last ten years I have been teaching third grade.  I am thrilled to be teaching second grade for the Camdenton School District! 
   
  My family and I moved here from Sedalia in August of 2013.  My husband's name is Kevin.  He is a PE/Health teacher and a football and basketball coach at School of the Osage.  We have two sons named Evan and Donovan.  We also have 3 dogs, Swish, Jersey, and Baller.  Some things I like to do in my spare time are read, shop, and play/watch plenty of sports.
