Teacher of the Week 3-17-17

Jayme Shellhorn, art teacher at the Middle School, has been named Camdenton School District Teacher of the Week.  Jayme has been a big part of allowing students to have voice and choice in Camdenton Middle School.  Our students have brought our walls to life.  Much of this is do to Ms. Shellhorn’s commitment to our students.  Her work goes way beyond our ACI’s.  She has brought out the inner talents of our students through her classwork.  Her art classes are not stifled from creativity, but encouraged to showcase their inner genius while still understanding the importance of literacy by assisting our students to be reflective practitioners.  Teacher of the Week is sponsored by Smith Law Firm and recognizes teachers for positive contributions made to the Camdenton students and District.
