COMMON CODING FOR GRADE BOOK

Utilize the following method to code assessments and courses into your grade book. The system will only extract data with the common codes, so it is imperative that you enter the description of your assessments in the following manner:

Core Areas Utilizing Grade/Course Level Expectation Code

Grade Level     Grade/Course Level Expectation

Assessment:    Pre-Test, Post-Test, Reassessment

Example:         7R2C Pre-Test             7^th Grade R2C Pre-Test

Encore and Core Areas Not Utilizing Grade/Course Level Expectation Code
