  IV.            EXECUTIVE SESSION

In compliance with State Statute 610.021 (closed meetings and closed records), the Board will go into Executive Session for the following purposes:

1)     Hiring, firing, disciplining, or promoting particular employees (610.021)(3).

2)     Individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings, or records pertaining to employees (610.021)(13).

     V.            BOARD WRAP-UP

Background:  This is an opportunity for the Board to report on upcoming meetings, meetings attended, registrations, and deadlines.

·          Board Activity Calendar

·          End-of-Year Activities, Tuesday, May 24th.  Wellness Clinic from 7:30-10:30 in the HS Auxiliary Gym.  Brunch at 10:30 in the High School Commons, assembly begins at noon in the RC Worthan Auditorium.

·          MSBA Leadership Summit, June 3-5, 2016, Tan-Tar-A.  Registration deadline is Friday, May 27^th.  Who plans to attend? 

·          June Board Meeting Reports tentatively include:  School Climate/Discipline Report, Guidance & Counseling Report, Energy Education Report
