1)     Leasing, purchase or sale of real estate by a public governmental body (610.021)(2).

2)     Hiring, firing, disciplining, or promoting particular employees (610.021)(3).

3)     Individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings, or records pertaining to employees (610.021)(13).

A.     SET CERTIFIED SALARY SCHEDULE FOR 2016-2017        

Background:  Administrators and the Salary Committee have met.  A recommended salary schedule for 2016-2017 will be presented along with proposed administrative salaries.

B.     CONSIDERATION OF 2016-2017 CLASSIFIED STAFF SALARY AND

            BENEFIT PACKAGE

Background:  Budgetary issues will be reviewed and Dr. Hadfield will make a recommendation to establish classified staff benefits and a pay package for 2016-2017.     A 2.5% increase in salary for current classified employees is recommended.

Background:  This is an opportunity for the Board to report on upcoming meetings, meetings attended, registrations, and deadlines.
