    TAC (TEACHERS ASSOCIATION OF CAMDENTON) SALARY AND BENEFIT PROPOSAL FOR 2016-2017

    Representatives of the TAC Salary and Benefit Committee submitted their proposal for the 2016-2017 school year.  This proposal was tabled for further study.

    EXECUTIVE SESSION

    In compliance with State Statute 610.021 (closed meetings and closed records), the Board went into Executive Session for the following purposes:

    1)      Leasing, purchase or sale of real estate by a public governmental body (610.021)(2).

    2)     Hiring, firing, disciplining, or promoting particular employees (610.021)(3).

    3)     Individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings, or records pertaining to employees (610.021)(13).

    DISTRICT INSURANCE ANALYSIS

    Representatives from Med Pay, Wallstreet, and McGrath Insurance were present to provide preliminary insurance information.

    The bills were approved as presented.

    BOARD WRAP-UP

    This is an opportunity for the Board to report on upcoming meetings, meetings attended, registrations, and deadlines.

    ·         Board Volunteer for Blair Grant Committee – Jackie Schulte is available on April 21st.

    ·         April Board Meeting Reports tentatively include:  Literacy Report

    ·         MSBA Region 8 Spring Meeting – April 20, 2016, Crocker.  At this time Tom, Laura, Nancy, Brett, and Tim plan to attend.

    ·         Elegant Evening Date – April 22, 2016

    ·         April Special Board Meeting – April 26, 2016, 7:00 a.m.
