BOARD SELF-EVALUATION

Superintendent Hadfield facilitated the Board’s study of the results of its annual self-evaluation.  Individually Board members listed their celebrates, work-ons, and next steps in regard to the responses of their self-evaluation.  These were then shared and discussed.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

In compliance with State Statute 610.021 (closed meetings and closed records), the Board went into Executive Session for the following purposes:

1)     Leasing, purchase or sale of real estate by a public governmental body (610.021)(2). 

2)     Hiring, firing, disciplining, or promoting particular employees (610.021)(3).

3)     Individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings, or records pertaining to employees (610.021)(13).
