A. Approve Educational Service Agency Contract with the Greater Ozarks Cooperating School Districts
Strategic Plan Goal Area – Governance
Background: In order for the cooperative to provide professional development opportunities for us we need to contract with the cooperative to establish the coop as an educational service agency. The cooperative is planning several PD sessions that align very well to the draft strategic plan.

Background: This is an opportunity for the Board to report on upcoming meetings, meetings attended, registrations, and deadlines.

· MSBA Annual Fall Conference, October 1-4, 2015
· Board Self-Evaluation – individual responses due October 2nd.
· Board Activity Calendar for October & November
· October Board Meeting – Hold at Hurricane Deck Elementary
· MSBA Fall Regional Meeting – Wednesday, October 21, at Osage Beach Elementary. Please let Linda know by Wednesday, October 14th, if you want to register to attend.
· October Special Board Meeting – October 27, 2015?
· December Board Meeting – Possibly hold at Osage Beach Elementary
VI. EXECUTIVE SESSION
In compliance with State Statute 610.021 (closed meetings and closed records), the Board will go into Executive Session for the following purposes:
1. Leasing, purchase or sale of real estate by a public governmental body (610.021)(2).
2. Hiring, firing, disciplining, or promoting particular employees (610.021)(3).
3. Individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings or records pertaining to employees (610.021)(13).
