   Background: Representatives of the TAC Salary and Benefit Committee will submit their proposal for the 2015-2016 school year.

In compliance with State Statute 610.021 (closed meetings and closed records), move that the Board go into Executive Session for the following purposes:

1)     Leasing, purchase or sale of real estate by a public governmental body (610.021)(2).

2)     Hiring, firing, disciplining, or promoting particular employees (610.021)(3).

3)    Individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings, or records pertaining to employees (610.021)(13).
